There are many ways to incorporate gratitude into our days. One of the most common is before a meal. This page offers MANY options. Some are short and sweet, some more complex. If you don't have a practiced tradition already, maybe try a few that resonate and rotate through the week. Try them, most importantly, on a personal level. Often, before we can enroll others to our "cause", we need to own it ourselves. Pausing before any act, giving thanks during an action, an interaction, and after is a valuable tool to support healthy perspective.
